The issue was repeated PRODing of the article after I removed the initial PROD.

The claims "the case does not EXIST" and that the case "is fictional" made by Chrispando19 are categorically false.

See the court reference "Pando V. Fernandez, 127 Misc.2d 224 (N.Y. Misc. 1984)", check the refernces in the article, and these: [1] [2] [3] [4], or any of the 67+ cases it is cited as a precedent in, for confirmation this is a real court case which is notable. It is a very important case in the law of constructive trusts in New York, and is used as such, forming part of the current common law in this area.
