Merge to Panpoli. The Census of India site doesn't have data for any Panboli in Tamil Nadu. It does have data for Panpoli though. Also, Tenkasi seems to be a newly formed district which was split from Tirunelveli district, so they both match in that regard. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 13:42, 27 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
