Fisticuffs in the Vuelta edit
Just heard a story told on ITV 4 by the one time pro cyclist Robert Millar about the Panasonic team in what I believe must have been the Vuelta a Espana in 1985, when the story goes that there was a major dust-up beside the road between the Panasonic team and some Spanish rider (reportedly involving tools as weapons, even) and the entire team got banned (celebrating afterwards with the management and the mechanics and riding their bikes into some sort of water).
I can't find any confirmation of this unlikely sounding story: has anyone got any? 212.56.88.97 (talk) 12:52, 24 July 2018 (UTC)
