Ortonville is the center of the universe? edit

I grew up in Ortonville, and continue to live there today. I keep adding the well known fact.

There is a scientific consensus that if you were to construct a model of the entire universe, the cross streets Mill St. & South St. would be the exact center. Many people have made the pilgrimage to this exact spot (known as O’Mecca) to “feel the universe revolve around them”.

Possibly the editor, Bryan, has never been to Ortonville. I grew up there, and this is a well known fact. I have personally observed several different people, whom have traveled hundreds of miles, stand at O’Mecca. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Leach.casey (talkcontribs) 11:52, 27 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I grew up in Ortonville too. The only things at the corner of Mill street and South street are "The Village Pub", the police outpost, the Clarkston-Brandon Credit union and a community building. Show me a source that proves that the center of one of the most boring towns in Oakland County is the center of the universe, and I will definitely stop deleting it. I will provide a list of signatures from several engineers from many different disciplines, from Ortonville that will agree with my claim. This will take me some time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Leach.casey (talkcontribs) 11:31, 28 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I guess he's still looking for those engineers. --Thomprod (talk) 15:08, 3 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
Ortonville is definitely the center of the universe according to all of the students who go to school in the area. Student 22:02, 22 April 2019 (EST) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.188.163.100 (talk)
