Orphaned references in Orders, decorations, and medals of Malaysia edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Orders, decorations, and medals of Malaysia's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "CM":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 10:55, 11 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Confusion edit

The second paragraph is confusing. It starts:

"The monarch is regarded as the fount of all honours—as he is the only person who may create new national honours—and acts as the Sovereign of all of Malaysia's orders; he will conduct inductions or present medals. In Malaysia, the monarch is the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, who also carries out investitures and distributes awards in the sovereign's name."

The first sentence says monarch=sovereign, the one who presents medals. The second sentence adds Yang di-Pertuan Agong=monarch=sovereign, but then says Yang di-Pertuan Agong also presents medals in the sovereign's name, as though they were different people. Then,

"As such, the administration of the honours system is carried out by the Ceremonial and International Conference Secretariat Division in Putrajaya, which is a part of the Prime Minister's Department."

Now the Prime Minister's department presents honours? "As such"? How does the previous language convey this? Then,

"The Yang di-Pertuan Agong sets out via Office of the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal the Conference of Rulers' the order of precedence for the wearing of insignia, decorations, and medals."

I can't parse the underlined part.

If I had to guess, the paragraph can be replaced by:

The monarch, known as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, is regarded as the sovereign and "fount of all honours". He conducts inductions, presents medals, sets the rules and order of precedence for wearing of insignia, decorations, and medals, and is the only person who may create new national honours. He is aided in administration of the honours system by the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal and the Ceremonial and International Conference Secretariat Division of the Prime Minister's Department.
