Images in "Improvements" section contain erroneous PAM
editThe PAM should always be "NGG" in the 5'->3' direction, on the 3' end of the target site. Images showing a PAM on the 'bottom strand' (to the left of the target, i.e. reverse strand targets) should be changed to "GGN"[target site].
