Castrum Novus, Granada na Uni, Ustisana, Novi Novi, Novi Grad, Podnovlje, all of that is historical namer for the city. City is named Bosanski Novi in period of Otoman rule, when Otoman rule ended city become Novi Grad, after first world war city again was named Bosanski Novi till war 1992-1995 when Serbs changed name to, bringing back old name of city, Novi Grad. Today the both names is in official use. The name of the city Novi Grad is not to offend anyone, and was created by the agreement of political parties in Novi Grad / Bosanski Novi.

If you read the Official page of the town http://www.novi-grad.org, the name is Novi Grad. Also according to the Republika Srpska Constitution, the name is clearly stated as Novi Grad / Bosanski Novi.

First paragraph

edit

Regarding the first paragraph, it does not make sense to start the first paragraph literally avoiding the country. I kept everything from the first paragraph, but rephrased it into a wiki standard of writing about towns and municipalities, which keeping to neutrality.

Nowhere do lower than state, in this case entity, geographic regions, come before the country when listed. I looked at several different towns such as Cologne, Paris, etc. The Country needs to be listed first and foremost, followed by political and other geographic distinctions. First name of city was Castrum Novum - New Town (serbian Novi Grad). The first and last and final name.
