The correct name of the legislation is "Judicature Act", not "Nova Scotia Judicature Act". You can see various versions of the Act at http://canlii.org/ns/laws/sta/r1989c.240/. --Mathew5000 05:09, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply[reply]
