If each homeowner's property extends halfway into the street, he is then responsible to plough that section of his street. But what if, say, 2 or 3 people on that street are in Florida for the winter. So their specific rectangle of the street does not get ploughed. Do you then have to drive around these large piles of snow that will build up? How do they do it?
