"Established" date? edit
In the infobox the "established" date for the town is given as 14th August 2001. What does it mean and how could it be correct? The article itself mentions the 1998 census data for the town. Some sort of clarification is required here. Nsk92 (talk) 16:13, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
