This article should not be speedy deleted as being about a subject that was invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally and for lack of asserted importance, because this neighborhood of South Philadelphia is commonly called by this name. A Google search shows references to "Newbold" by Philadelphia Magazine, Reddit, and PlanPhilly. Are you ware that a developer created the name "Philadelphia" in 1680? It's part of what was formerly called Lenapehoking. That's a name that the Lenape created for an area in the middle Atlantic region.
