Ray Graffia is now a salesman for Arbortech, http://www.arbortech.com/contact.html Met him about a year ago. Never heard of this band till I met him... Don't know about the others. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.54.34.34 (talk) 23:49, 30 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ray Graffia, Jr. actually founded Arbortech and was its President (as well as primary salesman) and sole owner until Ray and others who acquired shares of Arbortech over the years, sold the business on 6-1-21. Ray remained with the new owner's team as an Independent Consultant until 7-15-22 when he retired. ColonyJr (talk) 19:53, 3 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Albums only? edit

The main article implies the New Colony Six issued only full length albums, and never anything on 45.

The article could be improved by including a separate section for the months and years they released their 45s, if they did. The 45s should be listed in chronological fashion. Dexter Nextnumber (talk) 00:21, 13 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

I wholeheartedly agree and, as one of the founders of the band, endorse your concept, Dexter! ColonyJr (talk) 19:55, 3 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

The Time of the Year is Sunset edit

Ray Graffia's song "The Time of the Year is Sunset" is currently available through Sundazed's compilation of hits, BREAKTHROUGH (track 9). I just bought a copy a week or two ago, in the middle of June 2011. Anyway, the liner notes attribute the song to Ray Graffia's attempt to write a Bob Dylan-ish song.

But when I listened to it, it reminded me of another song by another artist. Not Bob Dylan at all. I am probably mistaken, but it really sounds like a tribute song. Not exactly plagiarism, but the point of a tribute is to render homage where homage is due. The main page of this article could be improved if there were some reference to this song. The main reason I came to Wikipedia was to get more information on this one song. But the article doesn't provide this information, so I am at a loss as to what other performers had an influence on Ray Graffia. 216.99.198.102 (talk) 07:50, 27 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I wrote this as a reflection on my faith life as a lifelong Roman Catholic. Did not have a hand in the liner notes, hence apologize for anything misleading. You can find me at LinkedIn, hence if interested in anything further on our music, whther selections I wrote or those by others in the band, please feel free to reach out to me there!
