This article needs a lot of work. I see efforts to add a list of symbols. This is good. The reference source is a web page from India. One of the external links I just added is a pdf of the code book itself. I can also add a link to the braille form of the code book for blind readers.

I would also like to see a history of the code in the main article, and a discussion on the main principles of the Nemeth Code, which has made the braille code so popular.

Clean up screen reader flow.

Sometimes when I am using a screen reader to read the contents of a cell the headers speak wrong in the beginning of the third and fourth row.
