The season hasn't even started airing in Australia! edit

How can it have Australian ratings? Yes, NCIS is still airing here, but it is airing RERUNS of previous seasons. Specifically, they seem to be airing the episodes where Ziva had just left and Bishop joins the team. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.148.183.5 (talk) 05:17, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

I don't deal with the Austrailian ratings, however, please contact Heartfox at talk page - Kiraroshi1976 (talk) 05:28, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
When I first started editing this page, I looked to previous seasons for Australian ratings references, which led me to TV Tonight. The Australian ratings were already on the chart before I started editing, so I didn't want to remove it to make any editor angry. The references don't state whether it is a repeat or not, it just says the viewers, so I just included that. If you would like them removed from the list because they are reruns, I'll gladly do it. According to an IBTimes Australia article I came upon, the series is also an it's fall hiatus and will return on December 15 with "Spinning Wheel", so no, it is not airing repeats of previous seasons constantly. Heartfox (talk) 20:41, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
Do you have a url for that article? I'm intrigued by "fall hiatus". 1. We don't have fall. 2. It's summer (it was spring). Personally, I hold no faith in Australian ratings as they don't really mean anything. They're only measured in the 5 mainland capital cities, in 3,500 of Australia's 8 million+ households and therefore don't actually represent the viewing habits of the 43% of Australians who don't live in the 5 biggest cities in Oz, and completely ignore Tasmania.[1] OzTAM, the company that gathers the ratings data, is not independent, it is owned by Australia's major commercial television broadcasters,[2] and so its data is questionable. --AussieLegend () 04:42, 4 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
I believe this ratings article from TV Tonight confirms that NCIS repeats are in fact airing. For now, until we can confirm that season 13 is airing, I think we can remove the Australian ratings table. Most, if not all, NCIS seasons for Australian ratings use references that cite OzTAM as their main source, so are you considering removing them all together? Here's the IBT article I came across and url you asked for Heartfox (talk) 12:57, 4 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
My impression regarding that article you linked at the end of that post is that it's an American article that's being retrieved from the Australian server of an international news corporation. The .au at the end of the server URL doesn't mean the article was written with an Australian audience in mind. For one thing the article calls NCIS a CBS drama, which would be an odd phrasing for an Australian journalist to use as over here it airs on Chanel Ten. For another thing the article is somewhat suspect to begin with as they credit their photo of Sean Murray as being Micheal Weatherly. Ergo, when the article says that when the series will be on hiatus until Dec 15, I suggest that it means that it will be on hiatus in America until Dec 15. It is not talking about the Australian airing schedule. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.148.183.5 (talk) 14:53, 5 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Production-section edit

Right now, the production-section of this article is impossible for me to read. It's just an endless stream of information about everyone who guest starred in all of the episodes this season. It's very rare to include this kind of information (especially like this, it's just a mess), but if someone has a reason for it I would like to hear. 84.48.195.200 (talk) 20:33, 10 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

I think the reason might be: "There was some noticable stuff but is was too little for the section so I added more" and for the record i didn't make the section. It might be worth sorting through it and making it something like this or this.--Ditto51 (My Talk Page) 22:00, 10 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
I changed it, but now production section needs expanded. - Kiraroshi1976 (talk) 03:45, 11 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
I updated it so that there would not need an expansion. - Kiraroshi1976 (talk) 04:02, 11 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
