History and Decision-Making Capacity of this Advising Body edit

Why is there no history related to what this Committee did during NATO Military Actions e.g. Libya?? Especially given that there are structural impairments in the leadership structure of the organization such as the Deputy Chair of the Committee always being an American military officer who presides over the committee when their European chair counterpart is MIA. If its the case that this committee is not actually that important in the decision making of Nation Military campaigns and they are largely perfunctory fall men, then ok I get it, but still... Either way I will start looking into it. Strange that NATO's wikipedia is so underdeveloped. BolshoiBorzoi (talk) 23:44, 16 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
