Fixing up, future work. edit
I've just done some copy editing and attempted to address the WP:PROMOTION issues. I have questions about notability, but and AfD doesn't seem strictly necessary. I note that I am not removing the maintenance tag because it also calls for additional content, which is still missing and seems like the natural next step.
