"wiki-news labelling" edit

I have added the text,

"Mohebullah (murder victim) died in 2011 after being shot while imprisoned in Afghanistan".

I actually expect that a number of users will argue that the above person is not notable. Or that "wiki-news" does belong on this website.

I "vote" that he is notable, and that he is "not wiki-news". However, the Murder of Mohebullah is more notable than the person. Can someone please redirect the person — to the murder case?

(When a prisoner is shot in his cell by a US soldier, and the soldier pleads guilty and is sentenced — then that is a notable murder case)
