The main issue with this one is that it was a country estate, then a housing estate and then an industrial estate, but you haven't mentioned any of that yet. As an identifiable part of Govan it has a solid claim, but if you have pride in the 'forgotten' history and identity of Glasgow as you have claimed, why not make it something of decent quality instead of a dot on the map and a few sentences about its distance to somewhere else, copied from another article? Wine alley, bens/ants, there is plenty that could be found easily with this one to improve it. Please do so instead of creating more for really obscure corners.
