Removing information regarding flawed health study

edit

The Vermont Dept. of Health now admits that the health study was flawed and inaccurate. So I'm removing that section. As a flawed study, it isn't significant enough to merit mention in this article.

Many of the actions taken in history were "wrong" and new ones continue to be. We shouldn't remove it because of that. It upset people for quite some time and the ultimate finding "proves" just the opposite of the accusation and might be raised by any reasonable person reading about asbestos mining that had taken place. It needs to be restored because it answers an important question: Did asbestos mining cause problems in the miner population? Are the tailing remaining today a true threat? I'd agree with leaving this information in. Use good sources and NPOV and it's fine to keep in there. Jessamyn (talk) 01:53, 24 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
