What is the point of having "(part of Judicial Branch)" in the article title? Even if this is true (and grammatically correct absent "the" between "of" and "Judicial") why is it in the title? It's not like there's some non-Judicial Missouri State Marshals we need to disambiguate from, so this article should just be called Missouri State Marshal.--87.113.180.161 (talk) 15:07, 8 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

I agree, the fact that this agency is part of the state judicial branch should be mentioned in the article text, but not necessarily the article title, and this article should be renamed accordingly.--TommyBoy (talk) 23:59, 24 February 2019 (UTC)Reply
