Misuse of Chinese Taipei's Flag edit

Dear Wikipedia Agent, according to the Chinese Taipie wikipedia page, Chinese Taipie flag is only used for olympic or related sport games, not for beauty pageant. This issue has been discussed and accepted by wikipedia several years ago and now the Chinese Taipie flag is replaced again for Taiwan's contestant. Please correct the issue as soon as possible by reinstating Taiwan (Republic of China)'s flag for Miss Chinese Taipei. Thank you!108.54.253.85 (talk) 04:47, 15 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Miss Universe Placements edit

This information is inaccurate and is the result of global beauties placing numbers next to the candidates name when they listed the results. the results from 6-10 are actually in revers order of appearance in the swimsuit cometition . While 10-15 are in order of appearance in the evening gown competition

National flags edit

The inclusion of the national flags in the article gives a quick visual cue as to the country of origin of each contestant. This is common practice in many articles on multinational competitions, especially those with a large number of contenders (Swimming at the 2004 Summer Olympics, 2006 FIFA World Cup, etc.). Until the full list of competitors can be added to the article and the flags moved to that section (a la Miss Universe 2006), the nationality flags should be retained in the main body of the article. --Kralizec! I have no objection to having the flags there, but I do object to the way they are currently incorporated into the article, as it looks like a mess. I would suggest leaving them out until such time as we can put the list up. I would do it today, but I have not internet credit (we get WP free at uni). -- PageantUpdatertalk | contribs | esperanza 03:07, 26 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Text moved from article edit

Miss Thailand Universe 2004, Morakot Kittisara, stands 5 feet 7 inches, not 5 feet 3 inches as described. She's certainly not the shortest among the contestants. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.24.150.109 (talkcontribs) 16:32, 27 March 2007
