Set the article preferred language to British English

The article uses both American and British style spelling, e.g. foetus/fetus.

If I'm reading the Manual of Style correctly, the language should be made consistent with the earliest version of the page that defines an obvious style. This would be the first edit of the page that uses the British "Appendicectomy". AceGravy (talk) 02:41, 1 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
