Removal of mention of veganism from the article

There was an entire section about Miley's vegan diet that was removed from the article in June [1]. Miley gave up veganism and has spoken out against it. As the section was deleted from the article it makes sense to remove from the article that she has dedicated her life to veganism and that is why I have removed it from the lead [2]. Non-binary

@Discospinster: at Miley Cyrus#Sexuality and gender it says Miley is gender fluid, which is non-binary identity. Although I agree she never said she is specifically non-binary, many people from List of people with non-binary gender identities are categorized as non-binary by default. mayhaps we need a specific Category:Genderfluid people? I'm just discussing, I'm not totally against the removal of the categories MikutoH (talk) 15:06, 13 November 2022 (UTC)

Miley Cyrus article is too dense

As an outsider who knows nothing about Miley Cyrus and visited the article for the first time, I'm just overwhelmed by the excessive amount of hyperlinks and details.

The intro text should give the broad lines and refrain from detail overkill. 81.11.255.218 (talk) 11:12, 2 April 2023 (UTC)

Not done, the article is well sourced as it should be for Wikipedia. The lead reflects a summary of the article - see WP:LEAD and links are integral to Wikipedia - see WP:LINKS. Are there any specific details you think should be removed? LADY LOTUSTALK 13:38, 2 April 2023 (UTC)

devEstated [sic]

Insert [sic] because the correct spelling is devAstated. 79.54.226.50 (talk) 10:06, 7 May 2023 (UTC)

Are you talking about a particular instance on this page? LADY LOTUSTALK 20:00, 8 May 2023 (UTC)

Other names?

Do we think Hannah Montana and Ashley O should be included in the “other names” section in the infobox? As these names are from characters from her acting career, not actual other names she goes by? Almostangelic123 (talk) 22:47, 17 May 2023 (UTC)

Separate tours?

I think the first Hannah Montana tour should be in its own separate subcategory since she wasn't technically performing as 'Miley Cyrus' while the rest of the headlining tours are from her own albums not in the character. 174.115.15.87 (talk) 17:25, 27 June 2023 (UTC)

Sinead O'Connor

I'm of the opinion that her beef with Sinead O'Connor be mentioned in the article. What do you guys think? Electricmaster (talk) 19:44, 14 August 2023 (UTC)

Can you elaborate on the feud with a reliable source? LADY LOTUSTALK 14:34, 16 August 2023 (UTC)

Nonsensical text

"...photographs of Cyrus could be shopped for $2,000 apiece"

That text was added seven years ago. Someone who actually speaks English should fix it, and also check the diff carefully to see what other nonsense the editor introduced that might still be in the article. 185.104.136.20 (talk) 06:15, 25 August 2023 (UTC)

It now reads "and it was reported that photographs of Cyrus could be sold to photo agencies for up to $2,000 per photo." LADY LOTUSTALK 19:34, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
Just a comment, but as a native speaker, that sentence isn't actually nonsensical, I don't think. It's just a weird phrasing, I think, as when I read "shopped" here, I understood it as if the people in possession of the photos were "shopping" (as in "shopping around") the photos to interested parties with an asking price of 2000. To adjust the third Wiktionary example for "shopping around": "The paparazzo shopped the photo to interested tabloids. He hoped one would buy it." Possible the editor meant "bought", but still. - Purplewowies (talk) 19:50, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
