editHello wikipedia community, I will be editing this page for AdGen UWO. I will be adding a brief overview of the genomes found in the microorganisms; Bacteria, Viruses, Protozoa and Fungi, and Archaea. I will also be expanding further on the applications of Microbial genetics and how they have contributed to Science, Technology and Society. (Ivorobi33 (talk) 23:16, 12 October 2015 (UTC))
- Great improvement. T.Shafee(Evo&Evo)talk 02:15, 14 January 2017 (UTC)

editOverall the article seems well written but it could use some improvement. The lead paragraph needs more information to provide a general introduction to the topic. Another crucial area of improvement needed is the amount of information in each section needs to be balanced. The virus section is lacking the adequate amount of information. The article needs more information on how genetics impacts microbial organisms. The article is neutral and does not present the authors perspective which is good.
