Death Penalty? edit

Is the fictional character of Michael Cutter really opposed of the death penalty? If I understood "Executioner" correctly, he is actually supporting the death penalty. He does not want to prosecute the doctor who partcipated in the executions, because from his point of view everything was legal (so McCoy did it). And later he does not want to cut a deal with the person who tried to murder the doctor who participated in the executions (so Conny has to convince him to do that). So perhaps it is too much to say that he is a fan of the death penalty (not enough information given on this particular episode), yet he accepts it - in my opinion, he is definitifly not an opponent of it. As an additional thought: Cutter attacks the judge in this episode because of his political views. Phil —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.172.227.140 (talk) 00:28, 8 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

So, I'm going to delete the part about Cutter opposing the death penalty - it is just not true... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.172.229.123 (talk) 02:24, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Personality edit

Is Pro-Life really a personality trait? If someone asked about a friend/family member's personality, their stance on abortion would probably not enter my mind. Is there somewhere else we can put this? Also I saw the episode, the stance of the lawyers on abortion was not particularly clear cut. I would say it was only clear that Cutter was only definitely opposed to abortion after the fetus was a certain number of weeks old, but this seems all to be extraneous information. If someone can come up with a better category to place the character's positions on abortion and the death penalty, this information would be relevant.Rachaella (talk) 03:50, 14 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
