I recall hearing years ago that Mi-Sex chose their name to acknowledge Ultravox (in its John Foxx days) which had a single called 'My Sex'. I do not have a reference as yet. It would be good to have a confirmation or denial of this anecdote. --The.dvincent 08:27, 15 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

There is much to dispute here - EMI New Zealand's Peter Dawkins for a start. Dawkins left EMI NZ in 1972 years before. By 1977 he was at CBS Australia. Fragments Of Time were a prog-rock band, nothing New Wave about them.
