Order of Entries

Considering the recommendation of MOSDAB, i propose to sort the main list alphabetically. Only after having read all listed articles, the reader may identify the present historically order. But without that, the order is confusing on first glance. Also, I'm not sure if the diatonic button accordion entry is placed correctly, as the instrument was already played in the middle of the 19th century.
