Is this a festival (as suggested by the category), or an organization managing them internationally, as implied in the lead? If it is an organization, in which country is it registered? When was it founded? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 07:21, 30 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

If I understand correctly, it is both an organization and a festival, or rather a collection of festivals. I could not find an exact statement of where it is located an any reliable source, but Im going to guess Germany from the history. I think it is more active in Europe than anywhere else, and unfortunately my school's digital database has hardly anything from Europe.Thelmadatter (talk) 18:35, 30 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
