Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term. Looks like another article creator simply thought we use title case in article titles. Lower case is used in the article text. Tony (talk) 04:15, 19 May 2012 (UTC)
