Arms

The arms on this article don't match those in Debrett's, which are described as:

"Quarterly: 1st and 4th, argent, three inescutcheons gules, Hay; 2nd, gules, three bars ermine, Gifford of Yester, 3rd, azure, three cinquefoils argent, Fraser." ([2] if you have access).

Is the difference a difference between the personal arms of the 14th Marquess, and the family arms ?
