- The majority of the references come from either "Duckro, Paul N. Taking Control of Your Headaches: How to Get the Treatment You Need" or "Buchholz, David. Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Headaches". These are self-help books, sources that don't necessarily hold up to medical scrutiny.
