Suitable source? edit

I removed this: In an editorial review published on Amazon.com, Jesse Larsen writes, "Dale Spender presents a compelling and practical analysis of the androcentric construction of the English language: its social context, vocabulary, syntax, history, and usage."[1]

I couldn't find the 'editorial review' on Amazon.com. (It's a review made by Amazon's own team?) Is such a thing appropriate as a source? Perhaps someone knows better than I do. Burraron (talk) 20:10, 27 November 2023 (UTC) Burraron (talk) 20:10, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

The review is at https://www.amazon.com/Man-Made-Language-Dale-Spender/dp/0710203152
The review text finishes with:

... make time to read this feminist classic so that you might think, laugh, get mad, get sad, and maybe change the ways you talk and listen. -- For great reviews of books for girls, check out Let's Hear It for the Girls: 375 Great Books for Readers 2-14. -- From 500 Great Books by Women; review by Jesse Larsen

It's not clear whether that review is actually in 500 Great Books by Women. Mitch Ames (talk) 23:56, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
