I am seeing citations which are not formatted correctly and which do not have proper detailing; excessive citations at at least six locations in "Early life and background" and "Artistry and media image"; WP:LEAD has not been followed — I think I may have to fail this GA nom outright even before conducting a full review. @DiplomatTesterMan: Sorry to hear that the article is not up to the desired standard. I haven't been involved with it at all, but it felt like an informative and well-cited piece. I would have also liked to see this become a good article but there are too many basic improvements which need to be addressed first for serious GA consideration. "Informative and well-cited" are not the only GA requirements — Wikipedia:Good article criteria. But in the future I am sure this will become a GA article. Thanks.
