Luta is the native name for the island otherwise known as Rota. This page previously redirected to Dalian, but that article gave no explanation for why that was the case or even contained the word "Luta". If somebody knows the reason why "Luta" originally redirected to "Dalian" and wants to turn this into a disambiguation page, then please do so.
