Lead

  • The lead section is strong.
  • done

Background, recording and musical composition

  • This may be a small thing, but Wikipedia never has an opinion about anything. When it states an opinion, it has to immediately credit who that opinion belongs to. So, much of that first paragraph as to be rephrased.
  • done
  • "A major inspiration for the album was Moa's..." → "Moa has said that her partner, burlesque dancer Azaria Universe, was a major inpiration for the album." Also, take out the civil union part. Not relevant to the album.
  • Rephrased. I would think that the civil union is somewhat relevant, as the relationship was a major inspiration, and the civil union was the 'making permanent', if you will, of it.
  • Any quotation should be followed immediately by a citation -- ALWAYS!
  • There are two quotes sourced by citation 2
  • ""Blame It On the Rain" is about..." → Moa said that "Blame It On the Rain" is about...
  • done
  • "people who "f***** [her] off"." Wikipedia is not censored, so replace the astericks with whatever the original source actually said.
  • The original source said "f****", but I can change it to "fucked" if you like?
  • Citations should ALWAYS come come after punctuation, and there should be no space between the punctuation and the citation.
  • Can you please point out which citation(s) you mean - I can't find any
  • "love on all levels", Moa described" → replace that comma with a period
  • done
  • "When writing the album, Moa wanted to put the word love into the title of every song. Ultimately, the titles of four out of the ten tracks contain 'love' or 'loves', and every song has the word in its lyrics.[3] She also said that "all of the songs are about love that's true."[8]" → This should be moved to the beginning of the second paragraph.
  • done

Release and promotion

  • Again, citations go after punctuation
  • are you referring to refs after words in the middle of the sentence?

"gave it a rating of five out of five stars" → "gave it a rating of five-out-of-five stars"

  • Can you find more than just one tour review? (I will not hold up approval for this)
  • Can you make a peak position chart? (I will not hold approval for this)
  • There is a mention of its peak chart position in the 'popular reception' section

Reception

  • Add a summary sentence to the beginning.
  • done
  • add the review scores to the infobox
  • No longer standard (as Belovedfreak pointed out)
  • Overall good job here.

Singles

  • check punctuation
  • any specifics?
  • combine those sentences all into one paragraph
  • done
  • take off the hide for the iTunes single
  • done, but why?

References

  • Good job

Images/Media

  • Good job

I have made some changes. Adabow (talk) 09:53, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Honestly, this article needs more work, and I can go faster just making the corrections myself and then bringing in a second opinion. I would prefer to do that than to fail the article.--Esprit15d • talkcontribs 16:07, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

What's the hold-up? edit

According to the GAN report, this page has currently been on hold for 49 days (!). The review'll have to end next Tuesday, by which time I'll make up my mind over whether I can pass or fail this. --Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 03:55, 9 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Based on the history, it looks like some work's been done on it, but I can't tell how much. The reviewer doesn't seem to be looking at it now though, so use your judgment and pass or fail it tomorrow, as you said. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 17:50, 13 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Sorry it took so long for a decision; something's been wrong with my mind lately. Anyway, I checked the links out a few minutes ago—and found two that need to be repaired. Otherwise, a nice try—but in my eyes, it's not quite there yet. Thus, I'll give this a fail. --Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 17:29, 18 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
