Hi All,
This list does not show the criteria for inclusion of a certain torpedo in it. To me, it seems that the criteria is "by country of origin"; however it could also be by "country of manufacturing" if different? Or maybe by "country of use"? Please it'd be appreciated if anyone can clarify.

Missing Type 40?

I'm no expert on Russian torpedoes, but I don't see an entry in the list or an article for a Type 40 torpedo. That's used, or can be used, by anything with a 533mm tube, such as the Sierra-2s, Kilos and NATO Akula classes; it's most prominently mounted on the SS-N-16 Starfish.
