Barbados nickname
editI have recently run across the fact that the nickname of Speightstown in Barbados is 'Little Bristol.' This is owing to the centuries-old relationship between Speightstown and old Bristol. I leave it to you sirs and ladies how you want to incorporate this worthy information.
Bristol
editRhode Island also has two political subdivisions named Bristol. The town and the county in which the town is situated. 68.14.32.114 (talk) 01:19, 27 November 2023 (UTC)
- The cartographer editor must have just lumped MA and RI into one since they border one another! 2600:8805:9B1E:EF00:95D9:D4E5:A68E:E1F8 (talk) 04:28, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
Bristol
editBristol is also a twin city. The only place this happens is in Tennessee and Virginia with two separate governments which share a library chamber of commerce among other organizations. 162.221.31.79 (talk) 00:58, 5 July 2024 (UTC)
