Fair use rationale for Image:EUHeli.jpg edit

Image:EUHeli.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

NPOV? edit

"province of Kosovo" - why do we refer to it as 'province'? Technically it should be considered a nation/country. However to avoid a whole Kosovo/Serbia debate, how about just omitting the word as a whole. The text would read as follows: "Police and civilian mission to Kosovo following 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence." I won't make this change for a while just in case there are some objections.--Lexxus2010 (talk) 05:46, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

As far as the UN is concerned, Kosovo is a sovereign nation--this, thus, should be the NPOV position. The POV view is that it's just a province.68.164.4.102 (talk) 22:45, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed merge edit

An IP proposed European Union Monitoring Mission be merged into this article. I for one voice against against this, the proposer didn't even offer reasons and the EUMM is on a particular mission. If no one voices support I'll delete the tags.- J.Logan`t: 18:11, 28 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Outdated, incomplete and inaccurate - Need to rename it edit

This page is extensively outdated, incomplete and inaccurate. Also, it should be renamed because it contains not only military operations but civilian missions, too. Anyways, there is no meaning in differentiating. Instead it should be renamed into European Union-Missions in the Framework of CSDP. --Schwafm6 (talk) 17:35, 12 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
