Discuss, reach consensus, and enact. Note that even editors without accounts have all of the tools necessary to enact this (once the merge target exists). It doesn't require an administrator. • Personally don't see the value on any merge as there is nothing of any encyclopaedic value to merge on the vast majority of these (exception of Friend Police Department (Nebraska) ) - there is already a List of law enforcement agencies in Nebraska. Codf1977 (talk) 10:19, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
