The Palm
In no way does The Palm belong on this list. It is a "fine dining"-type restaurant. I propose to edit but will wait for comments a little while.

Misleading title
It seems slightly misleading to me to put only chain restaurants here, as a reader could be led to believe that all "casual dining" restaurants are part of chains. Obviously we can't list every independently owned and operated casual restaurant, but shouldn't we at least mention their existence? I can't figure out a good way to do this, though. - Ditto. IMO casual dining is the 'default' for restaurants. You park your arse down, have a meal and then leave. This sort of dining experience exist pretty much everywhere and not just with the chains. Appears that this article is sufferring from the same problems as fast food restaurant. It also seems odd to call them chains, for the table includes restaurants with only one location. How can they be chains if they are in only one location?

T.G.I.Friday's is on there twice, with different information for each.
US centric
Since this is now "List of casual dining restaurant chains," should casual dining restaurants with a single location still be on the list? I see a couple. Unless the single-location restaurant is well known, a landmark, historic, of significant importance locally or otherwise, etc., maybe mention of it is not needed. Also, despite a few appearances of Mexico and Canada, the list is pretty United States-centric (no surprise). Expecting a list of the whole world's chains might be unrealistic, but maybe this list should be "List of North American casual dining restaurant chains"? 'Nationwide'

Nandos
