I've removed the numerous image galleries in the article ([1]). They serve no real purpose here (see also WP:GALLERY), they're very distracting and they disrupt the layout, making the article a visual mess that is difficult to follow. An occasional image can still be included here if editors want, but as MOS:LIST advises, this should be done carefully.
