The reason for removing these is for a number of valid reasons, firstly the section was clearly written as a travel guide, with hours of services and links to each services on the York Regional Transit official website. The Secondly there is absolutely nothing accompanying this section as to how or why these meet the criteria of being a bus route. Thirdly the editor who tried to reinstate the revert stated in their edit summary: if it's the hours you have an issue with why not remove those, Other editors disagree that bus route coverage is a guide, this entire section was created by a range of unreg users, with the last revision before they were included being [1] on 29 February 2020. If the editor thinks mobility on-demand services deserve a mention, perhaps the more appropriate place is to mention this on the York Region Transit article, there is no need to go into such undue detail. Who added the section is irrelevant. The only part that could be a "travel guide" is the hours, bus routes themselves are regularly covered by Wikipedia and do not fall foul of WP:NOTRAVEL. The links you talk of are formatted as references, and references to primary sources are okay on Wikipedia. I'm not sure why you're asking if they "meet the criteria of being a bus route", given the amount of bus route coverage you've tried to get deleted. If you think there's a more appropriate place to mention the information, could you please move it yourself rather than wiping it? I'll reinstate the section minus the hours, which do fall foul of WP:NOTGUIDE. NemesisAT (talk) 17:08, 12 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
I can also see that you voted delete when this article was up for deletion in 2018, but no deletion consensus was found. So I do not think its appropriate to now try and remove entire sections. Thank you NemesisAT (talk) 17:11, 12 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
This section was not there in the 2018 AfD. I am not proposing to nominate the article again. I see you have reinstated the section removing the timetable information. Despite the fact these are not actually bus routes, I'm going to allow this although I propose that the references be merged into the single reference that covers the entire service. They could be merged, and from a quick look it appears the reference cited at the top does cover the request routes. However, I was under the impression more specific sources are better as they're easier to verify. Personally I don't see a problem with a source for each route, and actually, I think it would be better if the other routes were sourced to the same level.
