Titles edit

What's the source on these titles? The fourth episode was wrong and that indicates to me that others might be as well. If no one pipes up by the time I think of it next, I'll probably remove the titles unless there's a better way to do things. --OneSeventeen 02:22, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

epguides agrees with most of the names. It appears #4 was not incorrect but omitted so the one you changed will be #5. But like all future events, it's understood that they are not written in stone. Cburnett 02:55, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Ahha. Then they just need to be shifted down one. I'll see to that momentarily. --OneSeventeen 03:31, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Reordered. Also, I added a little bit of a bibliography (not official formatting) so that it's more transparent where this information is coming from. This tendency for citation is due to strict mental conditioning. --OneSeventeen 04:32, 5 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Episode image descriptions edit

I've reinstated the descriptions (on the image description pages) for the The Unit episode images that were removed.

My understanding of the {{Tv-screenshot}} copyright tag is that screenshots must be 'for identification and critical commentary' (emphasis mine) so they must be referred to in text where they're used.

Furthermore, the descriptions (disclaimer: some of which, I wrote) were informative; they contained details pertinent to the image and the episode of the show. They explain what it is you're viewing. If you find it necessary, please improve on existing text instead of just deleting information. Al001 17:13, 10 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Remove images or lose featured list status edit

There is a discussion about Fair use images in featured lists at Wikipedia_talk:Featured_list_criteria#Fair_Use_images which may result in this list losing its featured list status. - Peregrine Fisher 23:34, 11 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Done. --Ali'i 16:27, 1 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Please replace the images. The featured list change didn't pan out, and there's no conensus for removing them. - Peregrine Fisher 21:20, 1 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Episode notability edit

All of the episodes of this series fail the notability guidelines for television episodes. The way for these articles to be improved is through the inclusion of real-world information from reliable sources to assert notability. That is unlikely to happen, and these only have certain bad aspects (though all may not apply) like containing overly long or one sentence plot summaries, trivia, and quotes. Per that, they need to be a small part of this list.

If there are no objections, these will be redirected soon. Otherwise, discussion will take place here. Please remember that this is not a vote. If you like the information, that's fine and dandy, but your opinion doesn't really count towards anything. The only opinions that do count are ones that that lean towards the inclusion of real world information. TTN 23:16, 3 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Intro edit

Since my tagging has now been questioned twice, here are my observations on the intro. If you look at recent featured episode lists, you will see that the lead on this list is too short. It includes only a bare amount of information about the series, does not summarize the DVD information, even though it is included in the page. It is also out of date, mentioning the start of season 2, but not the fact that its ended and season 3 started (and ended?). Is the series on hiatus, cancelled, etc since its been two months since the last new episode. I tagged for intro fix and updating before recommending for delisting to allow a chance for this issues to be addressed as they should all be quick fixes. AnmaFinotera (talk) 07:21, 16 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Okay, I've fixed the season start/end issue and why the third season is on hiatus (along with pretty much every show). I added a little about the DVDs, but since I don't own any of them, that's the best I can do. The Seasons table has some DVD information. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:33, 16 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
I'll add a DVD paragraph for you. The intro should also have some basic context for the series, such as who stars in it :P AnmaFinotera (talk) 07:38, 16 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Featured article? edit

Can somebody tell me why is this article featured? It's not notable for anything. --Batman tas (talk) 11:16, 30 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Details are here. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:19, 30 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Season 4, episode 3 description edit

am I the only one who thinks the description isnt right on Kim's part? she wasnt exactly given a job, she kinda took one on her own. -- Johnny902 (talk) 21:42, 13 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Not exactly, Kim was not initially given a job at the same time as the other wives, but a job agency called with a job that she didn't apply for as the unit called on her behalf to give hit to her. Corza1992 (talk) 00:51, 5 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Considering this episode is called "Sex Trade", I think it is critical to include some description of the Russian prostitutes. Swfong (talk) 03:48, 16 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Johnny most of them are incorrectly written, that was my point with "Sex Trade". So yes Swfong, it should, it just should be correct. The way you worded it, it was not accurate. --< Nicht Nein! (talk) 07:11, 16 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

I am interested in these fictional countries that edit

tv shows like to use. I don't think I've ever seen the unit do it. sometimes they keep it vague. I think that oil minister they tried to assassinate in "report by exeption" was only "latin american". in "the broom cupboard" they have a fictional Southeast asian country, can't make it out when jonas utters the name in the early scene w/ the president. can anyone find out what the name of that fictional country is? 69.141.11.242 (talk) 00:46, 14 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Cancellation edit

The show's been canceled I believe (that's why I'm not doing it myself), so should something be added about that? Bsimmons666 (talk) 01:04, 17 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
