There is so much confusion. Many only appereces say geust apperence but one says first and only apperence.Can they just say only apperence. Only put guest apprence if it is a well known actor/actress. Guest/Only Appearances edit

Can somebody please explain when 'Guest Appearances' should be used and when 'Only Appearances' should be used? I've been trying to standardise the article by just using 'Guest Appearances' but the IP has decided they want to mix and match. So what should be used and when?
