Danny Thomas son Tony credited in a 1956 episode

Perhaps there is not much participation here.

Or perhaps someone ruthlessly cleans this up.

I just watched, on CHCH Hamilton, Episode 99 "Talented Kid". In the version shown, there was a credit for "Anthony Charles Thomas" (somewhat awkwardly split on two lines, with "Thomas" by itself). The credits did not indicate role played. But during the show I suspected a family resemblance. Little Tony was, I would say, bizarrely talented (at only just under 8 years old) (unless perhaps his singing was dubbed, and even then stage moves were lively). It seems that later Tony Thomas went for a career of producing, but not performing. I have verified several times that the screen says "Anthony Charles" and not "Charles Anthony".

It might be worth making a note on the episode, pending citation rules. I think this was the first appearance.

But I would not have made this comment at all if I read the Tony Thomas (producer) article correctly the first time. The uncredited indication apparently given was for a soundtrack later produced. And apparently he was on many episodes of The Danny Thomas Show. Here I ring one up for a little caution.
