Ravess image edit

What was the Ravess image deleted for? --Naruto134 3:07, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

More importantly, why was the entire Ravess artical deleted? 67.63.17.27 (talk) 19:01, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Character Ages edit

An interview with creator Asaph Fipke at TV.com contradicts the posted ages of some characters in this article. User062 (talk) 23:09, 28 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's been corrected/appended now. User062 (talk) 02:28, 30 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
For some reason, someone changed it back to the wrong ages. I changed it back, but undoubtedly someone will put the wrong ages again. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.12.220.44 (talk) 11:41, 30 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Changing of ages edit

PLEASE, whoever is editing the article to say that Finn is 15 and that Junko is 16 they are right. It's been officially stated by the show's CREATOR that they are all the right age. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.11.60.70 (talk) 15:12, 17 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Why? edit

I agree with the two above or below! Why does everyone change the ages! They are all fourteen! Well except Stork who I believe to be 17 or something! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.236.12.14 (talk) 23:05, 22 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Stork has been confirmed to be at least 20 years old.Starfuming (talk) 11:49, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Images edit

Just wondering, what was the specific reason for removing all images? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.10.221.87 (talk) 11:57, 1 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

The images in question were probably in violation of copyright laws. User062 (talk) 05:07, 10 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Age edit

Ok, could we maybe put a lock on unregistered members changing this article? I for one am SICK AND TIRED of having to filter through the characters and check someone hasn't messed it all up again.

In case you're not sure, here are a list of the ages, as confirmed by the show's creator . Please, stay by them. It may be a small thing but having to check this page every weeks an diflter through to check the stupid changes is geting on my nerves. Ok listen yeh this is another person speaking don't change the age's, because i know the real age since i saw it when storm hawks first started. And if you change it i know where you live since +++++ (you don't want to knew what's written there)

  • Aerrow is 14
  • Junko is 14
  • Finn is 14
  • Piper is 14
  • Stork is 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
  • Radarr has is around ?.
  • Cyclonis is 14
  • Dark Ace is in his late 20's
  • Starling is in her early 20's.

Any other age is a lie, and any ages added to other characters is assumed incorrect until it is actually confirmed.

We really need to do something, as every few weeks several different people keep messing with the ages and its like holding a lit match to a very short fuse. Starfuming (talk) 18:34, 11 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

If you go to the interview which is referenced, you will see that Ace himself mentioned that Radarr is around 7 or 8. Storm Hawk (talk) 18:32, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
Ah, I must have never caught that. Thanks. Starfuming (talk) 16:46, 14 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please stop changing the ages! Their ages are as listed above by Starfuming. If you don't believe us, please go to the interview which is referenced to at the bottom of the article. There you will see that Mr. Asaph Fipke has stated the characters' ages. So don't change them! Storm Hawk (talk) 01:30, 27 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

I for one find this frustrating. Whilst the main group have been left alone someone stil insists that Stork's age is only popular fandom opinion. 92.10.193.227 (talk) 18:22, 2 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

It worked with Stork... edit

I added "(as stated by the show's creator Asaph Fipke)" after Stork's age, and its been left alone. However, the other characters have not.

Any thoughts on maybe adding this after the ages of Junko and Finn, considering they're the ones being edited at the moment.

Also, there is no source for the Piper and Aerrow having a crush on each other and it isn't a solid fact. Shall I continue to remove this?

In another point, I've missed the last few episodes so Im not sure, but weights of characters have been added too. I doubt these were each mentioned in episodes. I'll remove these too but please someone tell me or source them if there is a solid source for these weights. Starfuming (talk) 21:51, 26 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

In the past few episodes, they have not stated the weights of the characters.

If there is no proof for it, remove it. Wikipedia is not a place to post speculation and people should try to understand that.

Try putting in a reference to the interview where the ages are stated. Maybe that will stop them.

Storm Hawk (talk) 17:15, 17 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I added the references, but they're still changing them I guess all we can do is continue to correct the ages. 92.13.136.3 (talk) 22:09, 2 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Starling's Accent edit

Can someone tell me the difference between a British accent and an English accent, because I've heard people from England, and her accent's not quite that heavy... Magus732 (talk) 05:15, 11 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

So, nobody cares to answer? That makes me sad... just kidding... Magus732 (talk) 22:26, 17 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Starling has an English accent. "British" could refer to any country in Britain, be it Scotland, England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Stu380 (talk) 19:26, 20 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
That's what I thought... just couldn't be sure... too many names for one country; Great Britain, England, United Kingdom... thanks, dude... Magus732 (talk) 22:54, 20 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Cylonis coming to power edit

Okay first of all, I fixed the part of Cyclonis' section that stated she came to throne after an unfortunate incident with her Mother. It was stated that it was her father in a transcription of the interview given as reference.

Secondly, considering Ace himself has said that Cyclonis came to power after an "unfortunate incident" with her father, and yet only her grandmother is seen/spoken about, would it be fair to assume her Grandmother died or lost power, and Cyclonis' father was to take throne before Cyclonis herself, but due to his indicated death, Cyclonis took over early?

If this seems like a plausable idea we could add it to her section. Starfuming (talk) 17:05, 8 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

It doesn't matter if your idea's plausible or not, it's speculation... we can't add it to her section... Magus732 (talk) 04:55, 21 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Condor's shields edit

I know we never actually see the Condor's shields at work, but all the other shields we've seen are like the ones on Star Trek: dispersive... anybody care to comment? Magus732 (talk) 04:30, 21 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Just noticed this. We do see them work in the pilot. They work like every other shield. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 02:37, 15 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
Oh, yeah... during the fight scene with that Cyclonian cruiser/destroyer (they're sometimes called either... noticed that too...)... Magus732 02:39, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

Phrasing of words/numbers edit

The Rogue Penguin and I have recently butted heads about the way things should be posted on the page... the main topics are: numbers written as digits versus words, and the use of crossbow quarrels versus bolts... any comments? Magus732 (talk) 02:27, 15 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Probably not going to get too many replies. I'm fine with either quarrels or bolts. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 02:28, 15 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
But, you're not the only person who edits this page, which is why I'm asking in the first place... besides, I think it's a good idea to set a standard... Magus732 (talk) 02:30, 15 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
It is, so I'll be fine with whatever comes up. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 02:37, 15 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
I just hope I'm not being too much of a jackass... Magus732 02:40, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

Wrong information fixed edit

Someone had put down something about the characters ethnic backgrounds. Besides Stork being a Merb, and Junko a wallop, we don't know about any of this. They also do not have last names.

Please don't put down information that hasn't been stated in the show or by the creator. It will be deleted. -Shubbabang (talk) 12:15, 19 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Getting Specific edit

I know Storm Hawks doesn't really state anything in particular about specifics, but must we be so strict about it? Isn't Storm Hawks supposed to be a fun, imaginable, action packed cartoon and we write stuff on here that's so...cheesy? Let people soak in their imaginations and dream. Allow some fun. Go outside and have fun! So what if the articles get changed?

Anyway, it's always been said that Stork was in his early 20s. What makes you think he's 16? I bet half the information here is made up. I mean, Finn does worse with girls?

And why delete the "hot amazonian bab-ette"? She is an actual character in the Storm Hawks and shows up in two episodes, and you choose to believe that she does not exist?

Also, information about Season 3 hasn't actually been confirmed yet, so watch out for the untrue. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.250.165.41 (talk) 03:08, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Age of Conflict edit

If so many people are complaining about what ages the Storm Hawks all are, wouldn't it be better to just delete all the age information? I don't think it really matters whether Finn is 16, 15 or 14 and such. The show itself is where most people get their information, and the show itself never mentions how old anyone really is. I personally think age is irrelavent and is best to be deleted. Random-storykeeper (talk) 15:51, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • I agree, it's best to delete the age information for nowPKBitchGirl (talk) 14:41, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Reasons For Changing Ages edit

Since the show is from 2007. Aerrow will be 17 years old right now. Radarr will be 12 or 11. Btw. Piper is only African Women on the show? could it be affected by Presidential election of 2008. fact that piper was chosen to be black since Barack Obama was an candidate, Dark Ace is 32 in 2010. Finn & Junko are 17 years old in 2010.. Wren is possibly 60`s or 70`s Due to his looks? Dove possibly 13 or 14? I heard Fipke say. the show is Set in Atmos. Future World of Earth. He say Terra Cyclonia is remains of Mount Everest, Also he say Year in the show is 2712. Sorry to my bad English. He even say that u could see Statue of Liberty in Ages of Heros. at last. he say Dark Ace is An Descendant of U.S President. Lighting Strike is from 21st century. he died in 2004 at 18. all of thisare true.... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.188.106.30 (talk) 03:33, 27 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Stop adding information about when Season Three will be released edit

As of the present (3rd of September 2010) there has been NO OFFICIAL ANNOUCEMENT of when season three will be released. Nerd Corps has released NO OFFICIAL STATEMENT OR PRESS RELEASE. Yes, people have claimed to have contacted Nerd Corps and have been told that "we're waiting for the show to be greenlit" ('waiting to be greenlit is no guarantee that it will ACTUALLY be greenlit) but NC have not released any official statement. I myself have visted Nerd Corps and been told some information but it's still no guarantee that anything will happen. Remember the list of merchandise items that were listed on a website when the show was first released? Many of them (lunch boxes, tshirts, etc) ended up never materialising, so there's no guarantee that there will ever be a third season as of this moment.

And even if there's an official annoucement about Storm Hawks getting a third season, something could still happen. I remember being in a fandom where just as season three ended, the show in question (Farscape) was renewed for a fourth and fifth season at the same time. We never got the fifth season, just as they were wrapping up the fourth season, the SciFi Channel pulled the plug on the fifth season.

So please STOP adding the news that Storm Hawks will be returning in 2011, that information originated on Wikipedia, not from Nerd Corps, it's false information which continues to be spread around the fandom because people keep adding the information to the articlePKBitchGirl (talk) 14:53, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hmmph. Guess lots of people are desperate for a continuation.

According to the Nerdcorps website, Storm Hawks is a completed production. So either they won't continue making anymore episodes, or they have released something special in the fans' favour. I did hear, however, that some DVD is supposed to come out soon for Storm Hawks, just to make up for this loss. Random-storykeeper (talk) 23:19, 9 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
