Justification for Creation of the Article edit

I basically modeled this off of the List of Israeli Americans article. Representing another nationality's pairing with the American nationality through this manner is equally justified. People mentioned in this article were also mentioned on the List of Palestinians or in the Palestinian Americans articles.
