I think the criterion for inclusion should be "is there a club the player is going to?" In cases of players retiring or being released, that doesn't apply, so those players shouldn't be listed here. – PeeJay 14:39, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

The international window closed on 5 October 2020 but the domestic window does not close until 16 October 2020. So why are transfers after 5 October shown on the winter transfer window list? Microwave Anarchist (talk) 20:33, 12 October 2020 (UTC)
