"winning them tournament" => "winning the tournament"
"due to effects" => "due to the effects"
Notes only need a full stop if they are a complete sentence - "4–2 in penalty shootout", for example, is not a complete sentence so shouldn't have one
There are unsourced statements in some notes eg parts of b and all of c, g, q, etc.
You refer to teams as plural everywhere except in note a, where you say "Athletic was"
Formatting of refs needs a lot of fixing. Publishers are inconsistent (www.rsssf.com vs RSSSF), some list no publisher at all, some have retrieval dates and others do not

Concurso España is not Copa del Rey. Deportivo La Coruña only have 2 Copas del Rey according to RFEF edit

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (which is the organizer of the tournament, and the only official body in Spain able to recognise national official competitions), has made it clear that the competition Concurso España (es) won by Deportivo La Coruña in 1912 is not a Copa del Rey. It can be verified in this link to its website, where it says:

"El Concurso España de 1912 ha pasado así a ser el primer título oficial de máxima categoría nacional en la historia del RC Deportivo, que aumenta a siete su palmarés: 1 Campeonato Nacional de Primera División (2000), 2 Copas del Rey (1995 y 2002), 1 Concurso España (1912) y 3 Supercopas de España (1995, 2000 y 2002)."

Translated to English:

"The Concurso España of 1912 has thus become the first official title of the highest national category in the history of RC Deportivo, which increases his record to seven: 1 First Division National Championship (2000), 2 Copas del Rey (1995 and 2002), 1 Concurso España (1912) and 3 Supercopas de España (1995, 2000 and 2002)."
