In the "complete list of footballers who have made at least one appearance in an official match for the Belgian football team Cercle Brugge K.S.V." there is a player, Ernest Patfoort. Can anyone tell me the years that he played for Cercle Brugge?

The reason I ask is because there is a Belgian soldier named Ernest Patfoort who died on 17th April 1915, and is buried in a cemetery in Newport, Wales, UK. Could this be the same Ernest Patfoort?
